Dreams: Roaches/ Cockroaches

When seen in our dreams, these ugly and disgusting insects which cause us a feeling of repulsion stand for our character flaws, for all that is dark and gloomy inside ourselves. Moreover, they may also symbolize the 'stains' on our soul, our feelings of guilt and regret, our remorses etc. Besides the 'dark side' of our temper and soul, cockroaches may also represent worries and troubles which do not let us reach balance and equilibrium in the waking life.

Consequently, try to rectify flaws which can be 'corrected' and come to terms with the other problems which upset you if you want to achieve happiness and live your life at its fullest.

In conclusion, roaches and cockroaches appearing in your dream must be interpreted as a strong urge to re-consider you life and adjust or change it in order to make it better and also transform you yourself in a better person. Cockroaches as dream symbols represent the need for renewal and re-birth, for correction and rectification of what is wrong in your present life.

In some cases, cockroaches in dreams also reflect a failed love affair or an infidelity you cannot get over and move on from, or anything that hurts or worries the individual who has the dream of the repulsing insects.
